He thus decided to develop competitive solutions so that they can spend more time analyzing information rather than looking for it. Today, he manages and directs Xamance, its projects, its evolution, and its strategies to succeed. Thomas graduated from a top French graduated school and has an American MBA. |

COO North America (Roanoke College, Université de Bordeaux) An Economic Sciences diploma, another in Bank Finances and International Trade and a serious passion for commerce has carried Etienne LEGER through the successive functions of assistant of a commercial department then of analyst under commercial development within a banking group during four years. He joined Xamance in 2008 to build and develop Xamance North America, Inc. for which he develops the distribution network. |

R&D manager (EPITECH) Maxime Valy joined Xamance in its early beginning. As such, he has a huge product knowledge and is now R&D Director at Xamance. He assists the Technical Director on strategic developments and brings his expertise on specific develoments. |
